Married to Tom, mom to two grown kids, spent a good chunk of my career in magazine editorial before I stepped back to write this instead. For a while my body quietly changed the rules without telling me — menopause, energy, hair, memory, all of it at once. I started writing it down for myself first — now I share it here, along with a small circle of friends who've been through their own version of the same thing.
